(1) Your travel expenses will be reimbursed upon reception of an expense report with original receipts, provided within the prescribed time limits.

Mileage allowances: to the extent of 500 km round trip.

Plane/Train: Reimbursement on the basis of a round trip in 2nd class.

(2) Accommodation costs will be granted to participants living further than 50 km from the event.
